		The Bistro at the Deli adds an exciting dimension to eating out in Saxmundham. Located in the High Street and open all day, we place emphasis on providing high quality, homemade and imaginative cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Why not catch up with friends over lunch influenced with flavours from around the world and a glass of wine, linger over daily papers with fresh coffee and homemade cake, or drop in and recharge your batteries when out shopping …… Whatever the occasion, we look forward to welcoming you at The Bistro at the Deli with friendly service and good food. Our next gourmet evening is Saturday 13th February @7.30pm (bookings only) Valentine Menu plate of breads, cheese straws & olives - honey and lavender roasted fig with Parma ham and Dolcelatte or sun dried tomato pate with sauteed artichokes and paprika crackers or salmon assiette with smoked salmon terrine, pan fried fishcake and home cured gravlax - breast of free range chicken wrapped in pancetta, served with a porcini mushroom risotto or Moroccan spiced cod fillet with preserved lemon and roasted pepper cous cous or twice baked tallegio and pesto souffle with roquette and new potatoes - warm apple tart with Crème anglaise and Marybelle vanilla ice cream or tiramisu or goats cheese Crème brulée with tomato compote and toasted focaccia - tea and coffee with homemade petit fours. why not join us on Facebook						*Cheese of the month -* Cornish Organic Brie is handmade at our creamery which overlooks the coast, at Trevarrian, Nr. Newquay in Cornwall. We use the finest natural ingredients and take pride in sourcing all ingredients locally wherever possible. The result is a delicious mild and creamy flavour and melting, smooth texture. All of the ingredients used meet organic requirements and the creamery is managed to organic standards.
